You must be at least 18 years old to register on or use the meelovia website. Access or use of this site or its contents by any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Please read this Member Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully. The present Agreement of Usage establishes the obligatory terms, which will govern the legal relationship between MeeLovia.com site and its associates (hereinafter referred to as “the Member” or “Members”). MeeLovia.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photograph or image that does not comply with these prohibitions. You will not impersonate any person or entity. You will not "stalk" or otherwise harass any person. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters, spam or junk email to other Members. You will not express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our specific prior written consent. You will not harvest or collect personal information about other Members whether or not for commercial purposes, without their express consent. You will not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or its contents. You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. You will not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (1) your breach of this Agreement; (2) any allegation that any materials that you submit to us or transmit to the Site infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or (3) your activities in connection with the Site. This indemnity shall be applicable without regard to the negligence of any party, including any indemnified person.

The Website www.MeeLovia.com sells subscriptions to members for online usage. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website. The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device. The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.

15. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY (lets still have this catered for in readiness for other products that may be available in future)
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
